Компания BUILDING HOMES зарегистрирована на о.Тенерифе и занимается строительством, продажами недвижимости, управлением недвижимостью, а также созданием и реализацией проектов в сфере строительства.
Основана двумя партнерами, один из которых, учредитель группы компаний, в том числе участвующих в строительстве олимпийских объектов в Сочи.
Занимается строительным бизнесом с 1992 года. На его счету 280 построенных обьектов ( заводы, фабрики, котельные т.п….,см.работы Ленстроймонтаж ).
Второй из партнеров имеет большой опыт продаж недвижимости в Европе.
Работал в разных риэлторских компаниях, основал собственное агентство, занимался созданием и реализацией проектов жилых домов на Кипре.
Сейчас партнеры обьединили свои знания, опыт в целях освоения новых рынков, начиная с о.Тенерифе.
